First post.

Hello, My name is Tom Pearce. I'm 21 and i live in Stockton-On-Tees, a town in the north of England near Middlesbrough. At the moment i'm unemployed. But looking for a job. Anything at all at the moment. But it is quite difficult to find anything.

I dropped out of Teesside University earlier this year. I spent two years there, first i did I.T, whcih i hated. Then i did Media Studies, which i enjoyed a lot more than I.T, but only bits of it. I didn't enjoy it enough to do it for another 2 years. But now i'm stuck doing nothing.

One part of Media studies i liked to do more than anything was the screenplay module. I don't know, but i think i'm quite good at it. I got 61% on my first draft, and didn't even do anything else to it. But my plan one day is to finish it off. I think it's a really good idea, and i have so many plans for it to develop into a good screenplay. I have a very basic draft at the moment, but maybe one day it'll be good. I don't really have any other ideas for any more screenplays, but sometimes little ideas pop into my head. Maybe that's what i'll do one day. I really enjoy writing stories and making things up in my head. I might talk about my idea in another post one time.

Other things i do include playing runescape. I know i'm 21 and it's a bit embarrassing to be still playing it at my age, and i wouldn't really want some of my friends knowing it still play it, because it is a bit sad, but i do. I enjoy it, and play it most days. I don't know if it's because i have nothing else to do, but i play it.

I also watch films on my computer. I love films. Horror and comedy mainly. but i also like action movies and all other sorts really. I like Hitchcock films, all the way up to modern day films. English, hollywood, spanish, all sorts. I'll give it all a go.

I don't really know why i've started a blog. I am pretty sure no one will read it, and i probably won't read anyone elses. I don't even know anyone who writes a blog. I might find someone on here that i know who writes one, but i've only just got this blogger thing. So i don't really know what to do.

I'm mainly using this blog to waste some time. Most of the time i'm on this blog i'll probably be playing runescape at the same time. Some parts of runescape are boring, such as cutting trees and fishing, so i thought it would be nice to have something to do while i'm waiting. So that is why i'm here writing now.

I'm not sure what i'll write about when i'm on here, but i think it will be used like a sort of diary for me. Things i'm thinking, things i've done etc. It probably won't be too interesting. But you never know. It might be nice to let off some steam with a rant, or let out something i've been thinking about and make it a bit clearer by typing it out. I don't know, i might even enjoy it.

I'm very new at blogging, so i don't really know what to do. I've even just followed my own blog by accident. I don't don't know how to stop following it. Nevermind. Maybe after a while my blog might start to look better and i might start to figure out what to do. But for now, i'll just write stuff.

Anyway. Back to runescape. I'll probably write another post later, or in the next few days. i'm not sure.
